It is your responsibility to:

  • seek the advice of your healthcare provider to make sure that you can safely use this material

  • make certain that you are in a safe space and appropriate condition to participate

  • ensure that your space has adequate lighting and is clear of obstacles or hazards

  • be adequately prepared with regard to clothing, preparation (e.g., warming up, being properly hydrated, not having eaten for at least 2 hours prior, not being under the influence of substances, etc.), and actions after the activity (such as cooling down)

  • stop participating if you have uncomfortable reactions (e.g., dizziness, faintness, light-headedness, physical discomfort, emotional distress, etc.)

  • monitor your responses during participation and end the activity or seek advice from your healthcare provider if it exceeds your limits or capabilities
