YOGAX Research
Our Collective Research Background
-
The YogaX Team first came together to conduct research about yoga – the practice all of us love so much and share whenever we can. We have collaborated on investigations into the art and science of yoga for many years. A full listing of our collective body of research is offered here. A few highlights are presented below. If anything catches you eye and you would like more information, please contact us.

Our investigations have centered on two primary themes – access to and efficacy of yoga. Links to a few sample abstracts are offered below (just click on the underlined text).
