Sunday Morning Live-Streamed Yoga Class

60-minute mat class with Lluvia Gonzalez-Castro

This class is more than gentle movements; it’s an inward exploration of all that you are.  It integrates yoga wisdom with a grounding playfulness. You will use everyday house-hold objects (e.g., chair/couch, towel, robe belt) to find ease and strength in a shape while fostering intuitive movements for your body. My intention is to cultivate a safe space for you to flourish in moments of stillness.
